All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.
Custom PC builds may require additional time — typically 7–14 business days depending on component availability and complexity.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select regions)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

Customers in the Salem, Massachusetts area can choose Free Local Pickup during checkout.

You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your items.

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
Some oversized or high-value items (like custom PC builds) may require signature upon delivery.

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but if your package is lost or damaged in transit:
