What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped or entered the build process.

  • Custom PC orders: Can only be canceled before assembly begins. After that stage, a cancellation fee (up to 20%) may apply to cover component allocation and labor.

  • To request a cancellation, email vxc@gmail.com with your order number and name.

  • Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled — but may qualify for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following secure payment options both online and in-store:

  • Major Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • Digital Payments: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Affirm or Klarna (for eligible customers)

  • In-Store Payments: Cash, card, or contactless payment options

We are open Mon-Fri from 8AM to 8PM, Sat from 9AM to 7PM and Sun from 9AM to 8PM

What is your shipping policy?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days for in-stock items; 7–14 business days for custom PC builds.

  • Delivery Options:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

    • Local Pickup (Salem, MA): Free — we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

  • Shipping Area: Currently ships within the United States only.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: Contact vxc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
