Refund Policy
At Vort-X-Core, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date for most new, unopened, and unused items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging and condition (including all accessories, cables, manuals, and components).

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

The product must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of misuse.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Custom-built PCs (unless defective or damaged on arrival).

Opened components such as CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, RAM, and storage drives.

Software, digital downloads, and activation codes.
-
Special-order or clearance items.

Gift cards or promotional codes.
If a custom build or part is defective, we will repair or replace it under our warranty policy.
Return Process:

Contact Us: Email returns at vxc@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Approval: Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Use a trackable shipping method and insure your package — Vort-X-Core is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund (or exchange) within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of error or damage on our part.

A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply for opened or non-defective items.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos or videos showing the issue.

We’ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Custom PC orders can only be canceled before assembly begins. After that stage, a cancellation fee (up to 20%) may apply to cover component allocation and labor.
You may return eligible items directly at our Salem, Massachusetts location. Please bring your order confirmation, ID, and the product in its original packaging.
